Summary terms & conditions of ordering

Making a purchase is simple browse our site, phone or fax. For online purchase just
click on add to basket and goods will be added to your shopping card, these can be removed
or changed at any time prior to payment.

All prices are in £ sterling with VAT to be added.

Payment

You can choose to pay online for items listed in the online shop via Card or Paypal etc.

If you wish you can place the order online then opt to pay by phone, bacs or post. Just opt for in store

pick up and the delivery charge will be discussed with you once the order is placed.

Delivery

Mainland delivery in the UK is £6.95 except for remote areas which is £12.75 up to 10 kgs

Normal delivery is anytime next day if ordered before 12pm or we can offer an earlier delivery service by special request with an additional charge.

If for some reason we are unable to offer next day we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns, refunds or cancellation Policy

We want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and that you are happy with the quality and workmanship.

In the unlikely event of something going wrong, we will do our best to put it right as soon as possible.

Goods ordered shipped to you and then no longer required will be collected by our couriers at your cost with a 10% handling fee added. Normal min collection charge is £18 plus vat.

After 28 days returns be issued a credit note less the 10% handling and collection charges.

Specials items made to order cannot be returned unless by special arrangement.

Payment

Payments can be taken by phone, fax or post.

We are happy to accept payment Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards, cheque or BACS.

Changes to our policy

If we decide to change our policy, we will post those changes on this page.
Policy changes only apply after such a date.

Our Contract with you

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we accept your order and in the case of goods to be delivered to you, when we actually despatch the goods to you and send you a confirmatory e-mail or fax. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when the goods are despatched, a contract will be made between you and us.
